About Intelligent Concrete Lifting

I am Chas Weatherford of Intelligent Concrete Lifting & Stabilization, proudly serving Reno, Sacramento, and all surrounding communities. I provide commercial concrete lifting, home concrete lifting, void filling, soil stabilization, driveway lifting, and garage floor lifting services to both residential and commercial clients.

Over the last 25 years, I have worked in polyurethane foams and coatings manufacturing. I led the development of new formulas designed to provide long-term solutions and high-performance applications for global markets. Along with products, I developed multiple industry-leading processes and developed industry award-winning equipment.

I was born and raised in Northern Nevada (born in Yerington and raised in Smith Valley). I’m happy to be back in Reno with my family and to be able to offer solutions to the community where my career started.

Nevada, with all my family and friends, has always been home to me. With the local and global economies always changing, along with the worsening strain on concrete and infrastructure, being able to offer these solutions to the great people of Nevada and California at a fraction of the price of conventional methods is something I’m really excited to be able to do.

Home Concrete Lifting

Concrete lifting is a process by which I can raise sunken concrete back to its original level. This is done by drilling small holes in the concrete and then injecting a polyurethane foam beneath the concrete slab. The foam will expand and lift the concrete back to its original level.

Void Filling

The soil under your concrete slab is constantly moving. This can cause voids to form, which can lead to cracking and sinking. To fix this, Intelligent Concrete Lifting & Stabilization will fill those voids with high-density polyurethane foam. This will stabilize the soil and prevent further damage from occurring. At Intelligent Concrete Lifting & Stabilization, I perform void filling for all types of projects for both residential and commercial customers.

Soil Stabilization

In addition to concrete lifting and void filling services, I also offer soil stabilization. Soil stabilization is the process of improving your soil’s strength and load-bearing capacity. At Intelligent Concrete Lifting & Stabilization, I stabilize your soil by injecting super strong, high-grade polyurethane into several layers of soil to promote improved binding. Soil stabilization is often necessary when foundations are being built on weak or unstable soil, roads or other pavement are being built on weak or unstable soil, or erosion control is needed.
