Home Concrete Lifting & Leveling

When it comes to your home, concrete is one of the most important building materials. Concrete provides a strong, level surface to support a variety of structures and is often used to build sidewalks, patios, driveways, garage floors, pool decks, stairs, and more. So, when your concrete starts to sink, settle, break, and buckle, it can create serious problems.

That’s where concrete leveling comes in. Also known as “concrete raising” or “slab jacking,” concrete leveling is a process by which sunken concrete is raised back to its original level position. This can be done using lightweight, efficient, and eco-friendly polyurethane foam.

At Intelligent Concrete Lifting & Stabilization of Reno and Sacramento, we specialize in concrete leveling for both commercial and residential properties. We have the experience and expertise to quickly and effectively level your sunken concrete, repair any damage, and restore your property to its original condition.

How It Works?

Poly leveling is a concrete leveling process that uses polyurethane foam. This type of foam is injected beneath the sunken concrete slab using tiny holes drilled through the slab. The structural foam then spreads out underneath the concrete and begins to expand, compressing the soils and increasing their compaction. Once the foam has maximized, it pushes the concrete upward, lifting it back to its original level.
